Epicurean Esprit Set for May 20th, 2010
Mark your calendar for the 21st Annual Epicurean Esprit to benefit The Elderly Nutrition Program of Yolo County. This event, sponsored by Friends of Meals on Wheels, will be held on Thursday, May 20th from 6:00 to 9:00pm at the El Macero Country Club at 44571 Clubhouse Drive in El Macero in Davis. This prestigious event is a special evening where members of the local community can get together and sample some of the finest cuisine, wine and beer donated by over 50 local restaurants, wineries and breweries.
The Epicurean Esprit is one of three major fundraisers sponsored annually by Friends of Meals on Wheels. The funds raised at these events help to ensure continued meal delivery to almost 350 elderly people at home and at congregate locations throughout Yolo County every day.
